Justin Bieber’s message to teens is…

“you can do anything you put your mind to.”

He’s right! That message applies to ANYTHING you want to do if you have the passion.

Although Justin is naturally talented and realized it at a very young age, and although he has never had a part-time job, he still understands what it takes to get what you want.

He undoughtably worked hard to get where he is and is grateful for it.

Finding the job you want is also about passion. By using what you naturally have, and understanding where you want to go is key.

As I have mentioned in earlier posts, most, like 99% of all teens that walk in our Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop looking for a job are not smiling and lack the passion to attract our attention.

Justin uses tools, musical instruments and his voice, you can use tools too to find the job you want. Your wardrobe, your hygiene, your smile, your attitude, your enthusiasm, and your knowledge of how to get the attention of the potential employer, are some of your tools.

Justin got the attention of a big booking agent just like you can get the attention of any owner or manager of any business you want to work at.
