There are certain things you can do to enhance your job search if its during the holiday season, and there are certain things you can do to advance your status at the job you have if its during the holiday time. You can find many web sites and so called expertise on the teen hiring process. But, many of the “experts” have never owned a business or managed one. When I was 20, I got a job at a UPS hub in Indiana. During the holidays, they paid time and a half for working extra shifts. Those shifts paid for my college tuition, my apartment…AND my car!
